Please make sure your smartphone is running Android 6.0 or higher and you have an active data plan.
1. Enable Bluetooth
The wireless connection to Android Auto™ is made via Bluetooth or a USB cable. To connect via Bluetooth, make sure it is enabled before you begin pairing.
2. Accept pairing request
During the pairing process you'll receive requests for pairing and contact sharing (see right). Please accept these to ensure a successful connection.
3. Click start
Once pairing is activated, a prompt to connect Android Auto™ will pop up on the Centre Stack Display of your Lotus. Click 'Start' to complete the connection.
4. Android Auto™ icon appears
After a successful connection, the Android Auto™ icon will appear in the upper right corner (for right-hand driver cars) or in the upper left corner (left-hand drive). This icon will also be highlighted in the device list and in the application tray.

TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY
Disconnecting temporarily
Just tap the Android Auto™ icon. Your phone will remain connected for phone calls and streaming music via Bluetooth.
Disconnecting permanently
To permanently disconnect your phone from the car, select ‘Forget’. It's always possible to reconnect later if you wish.
