Help on phone and on the spot repair
Our team will diagnose your issue remotely and offer assistance over the phone. If the issue requires in-person help, an expert team will be dispatched immediately.
Easy towing
The Roadside Assistance team is fully equipped to also help with any caravans or trailers you may be towing with your Eletre.
Battery assistance
To exclude issues related only to battery recharging, the Roadside Assistance team will transport your car to an available charging station and check first if a full charge is possible.
Continuation of your journey
We make sure you get where you need to go, covering additional transportation and accommodation costs for you and all passengers in your car.
Car storage
If you cannot pick up your repaired car immediately, we will store it safely until you are available to retrieve it from a convenient location.
