We arrange transportation

We will organize a taxi or reimburse the costs of the taxi, public transport or plane ticket so you can continue your journey or transfer to a replacement vehicle.

Within 2-6 hours

Get a replacement vehicle

If necessary, we will arrange a replacement vehicle so you can continue your journey.

When needed, Lotus Cars will organize hotel accommodation for up to two nights.

Your car gets repaired
